What we do with your data
Short version: we sell nothing to anyone, we build no profile of you, and nothing is measured until you say yes. The longer version is below, in plain language.

When you simply read the site
Reading these pages requires nothing from you. There is no login, no advertising cookie, and we do not follow you to other websites. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, as every web server does, to keep the site running and secure.
Measuring how the site is used
Since 23 August 2026 we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which search brought them here. We use it to improve the site, not to recognise you personally, and never for advertising.
This happens only if you agree. A small bar at the bottom of the page asks you once. As long as you have not chosen, and if you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics is never loaded, no cookie is set, and no data reaches Google. Your answer is stored in your own browser. Clear the site data for insightbot.eu and the question comes back.
If you agree, Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which then sees your IP address and the pages you read here.
When you book a demo
The demo page shows a calendar from Calendly LLC. When you book, Calendly receives the name, email address and time slot you enter, so that the appointment can exist. We use those details to hold the call and to answer you, for nothing else, and we add you to no mailing list.
Fonts
The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server to fetch them. We are moving those font files onto our own server so that this stops happening.
Who else sees your data
Nobody buys it and nobody rents it. The only outside parties are the ones named on this page, plus the hosting and email providers that deliver the site and our messages.
How long we keep it
Messages and demo bookings stay in our mailbox and calendar as long as they are useful for that conversation and our own records. Analytics data, if you agreed to it, is kept by Google for 14 months and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will answer. If you believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).
Changes to this page
If we start measuring something new, this page says so before it happens, and the consent question comes back.
